What the pass is for
The R2 Pro vacuums, washes and dries carpet in one pass. Four things sit behind that claim.

Extraction power. A Dyson V8 is rated at exactly the same number, and that is a vacuum you push around yourself. Robot vacuums almost never publish this figure, because it would not flatter them.

Wash water temperature. Hot water goes into the carpet, dirty water comes back out, and 110°F air dries the fibers on the same pass.

- Until it runs clean
Sensors read the soil in the recovered water while it works. If a patch still reads dirty, it washes that patch again instead of moving on. Most machines run a set number of passes and stop.

- Two modules
The Vacuum & Mop Module and the Carpet Wash & Dry Module share one chassis, so hard floors and carpet are the same machine rather than two purchases. The platform is built to take further modules later.

What do I actually get for $5?
You get $150 off the Robotin R2 Pro when the pre-sale opens, plus entry 24 hours before the public. The $5 is the price of the pass itself and is not deducted from the machine on top of the $150.

Is the $5 refundable?
Yes, in full, any time before the pre-sale opens, and you do not have to give a reason. Email us and the $5 goes back to the card that paid it.

What happens if the pre-sale is delayed?
Your pass moves with it. The $150 is valid for 30 days from the day the pre-sale actually opens rather than from a fixed calendar date, so a slipped launch cannot expire it out from under you.

Can I buy several passes, or give mine to someone else?
No, one per customer, and it is not transferable. The discount is attached to the account that bought it rather than issued as a code, so a forwarded or resold pass simply will not work at checkout.
