Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Robotin experience. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, here’s how our return and refund process works:

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unworn or unused

  • With all tags and original packaging

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at contact@robotin.com.
If your return is accepted, we’ll provide:

  • A return shipping label

  • Instructions on how and where to send your package

⚠️ Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Customized or special-order items

  • Final sale items (if applicable in future campaigns)

If you’re unsure about your specific item, contact us before initiating a return.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return your current item and, once accepted, place a new order separately.

EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days of delivery for any reason. The item must still meet the same condition requirements as above.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to complete the posting.
